Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku777 ("ku777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ku777 website located at https://ku777.cam and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered through that domain (collectively, "the Service"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service regardless of location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Cox's Bazar.

By accessing the Service, creating a ku777 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account. ku777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the current version will always be posted at https://ku777.cam/terms-conditions with the date of last revision.

Eligibility Requirements

The Service is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you remain eligible at all times. ku777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage.

• ◆You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service.
• ◆You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold ku777 accounts.
• ◆You must register using your own true identity. Registration using a false name, another person's identity, or a fabricated identity is strictly prohibited.
• ◆You must not already hold an active ku777 account. Each player is limited to one account. Duplicate account detection will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending review.
• ◆You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order voluntarily placed with ku777 or any active cooling-off period you have previously requested.

Account Registration and Security

To use the Service you must create a ku777 account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk or Airtel), a password, and confirmation that you are aged 21 or over. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent by SMS to verify the mobile number before the account is activated. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during registration.

Account security responsibilities

• ◆You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number, password and any OTP codes. ku777 will never request your password or OTP via email or any channel other than the official login form.
• ◆You must notify ku777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
• ◆Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to ku777 before those transactions occurred.
• ◆ku777 may suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of multiple registrations, shared credentials, bot usage, or any other breach of these Terms.

ku777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by ku777 will result in the relevant account being restricted until verification is complete. This is a security measure that protects all players on the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ku777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku777 does not charge transaction fees on any payment method; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own service charges independently of ku777.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from your ku777 account:

• ◆Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to fund the deposit. ku777 does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• ◆KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Players who do not submit verification documents will have withdrawal requests held pending until documentation is received and approved.
• ◆Funds deposited for the purpose of bonus wagering must meet the applicable rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• ◆ku777 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering or policy violations are suspected. Processing may be delayed during such review periods without this constituting a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ku777 may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific bonus offer, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• ◆Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be used in accordance with the rollover requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• ◆Each player is entitled to claim each category of welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using the same or different account details constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• ◆Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to their own wagering requirements and expiry windows as communicated at the time of the free spin offer. Unused free spins expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• ◆ku777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of promotion abuse, system errors, or where continued operation of the promotion would cause material harm to the platform.
• ◆Bonuses are non-transferable. Bonus funds cannot be gifted, sold or transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku777 platform. ku777 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and may withhold any associated funds pending investigation. The list below is illustrative and not exhaustive; ku777 reserves the right to determine that conduct not listed below nonetheless constitutes a breach of fair use.

• ◆Using automated scripts, bots, software agents, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, harvest data, circumvent security systems, or otherwise interact with the Service in a manner not intended for human users.
• ◆Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live casino games, or coordinate betting activity to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over ku777.
• ◆Opening or using multiple accounts (whether in your own name or under aliases or third-party identities) for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion arrangement.
• ◆Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the platform to launder money, or processing payments on behalf of third parties through your ku777 account.
• ◆Exploiting software errors, display glitches, misquoted odds or any technical malfunction to place bets at prices that would not be available under normal platform conditions. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.

Where ku777 identifies prohibited conduct, the platform reserves the right to void all associated bets and game rounds, forfeit all associated bonus and real-money balances, permanently close the account, and share relevant information with third-party fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering services as required by law.

KYC and Identity Verification

ku777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as a condition of processing withdrawals and as a standing anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is released. ku777 also reserves the right to request KYC documents at any other point in the player lifecycle where risk indicators are present.

The KYC process requires players to submit documentary evidence of identity and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be current, legible and unaltered. ku777 will not accept documents that show signs of editing, cropping that removes material information, or poor image quality that makes the document unreadable. All documents submitted during KYC are handled in accordance with ku777's Privacy Policy.

• ◆Acceptable identity documents include: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladesh passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth and a photograph.
• ◆Where proof of payment method is required, you may be asked to provide a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered mobile number and account name, or a recent bank statement showing your name and account number.
• ◆Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. The player may resubmit a withdrawal request once documentation has been provided and approved. ku777 will not be liable for any costs or losses arising from delayed withdrawals attributable to incomplete KYC.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the ku777 platform — including but not limited to the ku777 name and brand, the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials and written content — is the intellectual property of ku777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ku777.

Third-party game content (including game graphics, audio, mechanics and brands) is the intellectual property of the respective game provider — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others — and is used by ku777 under licence. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku777's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to the Service — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ku777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ku777 specifically excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• ◆Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss of any kind, whether or not ku777 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• ◆Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity issues, or any failure of third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and banking partners) that results in delayed deposits or withdrawals.
• ◆Any loss resulting from a player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from sharing of credentials, failure to log out on shared devices, or acting on phishing communications purporting to originate from ku777.

Amendments to These Terms

ku777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ku777 will post a notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days before the new terms take effect. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service before the effective date of the amendment and notify ku777 at [email protected] if you wish to close your account. Closing your account will not affect any withdrawal rights you have accrued prior to closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ku777 operates. In the first instance, ku777 encourages all players to raise disputes directly with the customer support team at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by the customer support team, players may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Reference]". ku777 will acknowledge formal dispute escalations within 2 business days and provide a reasoned written response within 20 business days of acknowledgement.
